- Any specific educational or career outcome
All admissions, selections, approvals, and allotments remain subject to:

- Eligibility
- Availability
- Institutional rules
- Government regulations
- University policies
- Third-party decisions
Any statement made by any agent, counselor, caller, or representative contrary to this clause shall not be considered legally binding upon the Company.
Users acknowledge that they are not relying solely upon any verbal statement, informal assurance, marketing communication, or agent representation while making payments or using the platform services.
The Company operates strictly on a best-effort assistance and support model and does not guarantee any specific educational, institutional, regulatory, financial, or career outcome.
